FAQs

When will my first Box be shipped? 

Our boxes will ship around the 15th of each month, give or take a day or two for weekends and the "mommies-running-households-and-businesses" juggle.

February 2017's shipment will go out on the 10th a week early, due to a whole-family vacation.

When will my Box be billed? 

Your first box will be billed right away, and will be billed on that same calendar day for all subsequent months.

Does everyone receive the same fabrics in the Fabric Bundle Box every month?

Not always. We have chosen to feature one fabric collection per month, every collection has a different number of fabrics, sometimes way more than 12.

You will receive 12 different fabrics from the featured collection, someone else may receive a different 12 fabrics.

What if I don't like the fabrics in my Fabric Bundle Box?

If you don't like the fabrics you received in your first Fabric Box shipment, you may cancel your subscription and return them to us for a refund within 30 days, less the cost of shipping.

Other than our initial shipment guarantee, if you don't like your fabrics, you can see if anyone else wants to swap with you, using the #culcitaswap on Instagram or Facebook.

You can cancel your subscription at any time if you are consistently unhappy with the fabrics (though we hope that won't happen!).

We will not accept returns following your first month's shipment, except if your shipment is damaged upon receipt.

You're signing up for a service in which half the fun is not having to choose and not knowing what you'll be getting, we hope you'll enjoy it!

Does everyone receive the same fabric in the Project Boxes?

The fabrics in each type of Project Box will be similar, i.e. all the Quilt Boxes will have similar fabrics, all Skillz Boxes will have similar fabrics.

We will use mostly Cotton + Steel Basics, paired with a fabric or two of that month's featured fabric collection.

Can I order Fabric Boxes or Project Boxes from a previous month? 

Yes, if we have some left over, we will have them available for individual sale here. Be sure to ask us to sign up for our email list, so you know what's available!

Can I sign up for multiple subscriptions? 

Yes, you'll just have to checkout multiple times.

At this time, our system doesn't allow us to combine multiple subscriptions into one shipment.

Can I cancel my membership? 

Yes, you may cancel at any time.

What are the shipping costs?

US subscriptions include free shipping, Canadian and International shipping rates are dependent upon what type of subscription you purchase and are shown on each checkout page.
